Baked Salmon

Last night, I made baked salmon that both my 2-year old and 8 month old gobbled down. I don't really like fish that much so I don't cook it often, but it's really quick, and this time was tasty.

4 salmon fillets
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350.

Mix butter, lemon juice and salt in a small bowl.

Place salmon fillets in a baking dish, and spoon butter mixture over fish. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
